Part IV
LAW OF DOMINION

ENTRY INVOCATION

The Law of Dominion

The terrain decides before the strike is thrown.

No encounter exists in isolation.
Every convergence is shaped by gravity, weather, footing, visibility, and constraint.

Part IV governs Environmental Sovereignty—the ability to maintain authority over one’s Nominal Kingdom regardless of slope, darkness, cold, or decay. In Alaska, the ground itself is an active variable. Those who ignore it are not defeated by opponents, but resolved by terrain.

Here, technique is fused to place.
Footing becomes calculus.
Weather becomes timing.
Constraint becomes selection.

The practitioner does not fight on the land.
They operate within its law.

When Dominion is correct, the environment ceases to resist.
It carries the practitioner, conceals them, slows their adversary, and closes exits without command.

This is not control through force.
It is authority through alignment.

Only those who can govern themselves in unstable ground
may claim sovereignty where the earth itself is in motion.
